1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing CameraLink.in. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.
2. Photographer Subscriptions
CameraLink.in offers subscription plans for photographers.
- Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. No charges will be made during this period.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are not provided.
3. Client Bookings
Refunds for bookings made between Clients and Photographers are governed by the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a booking, any refund of the booking advance or full payment is subject to the photographer's individual cancellation policy as stated in their profile or booking agreement. CameraLink.in platform fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Photographer: If a photographer cancels a booking, the client is typically entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid. CameraLink.in will facilitate the refund process where applicable.
- Disputes: In case of a dispute, users can raise a ticket via the Dashboard. CameraLink.in will mediate to help reach a fair resolution, but the final decision regarding service quality disputes rests with the evidence provided.
4. Digital Products
For digital purchases such as Stock Photos or downloadable Flipbooks:
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
- If a file is corrupt or technically defective, please contact support within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
