1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CameraLink.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We provide a platform connecting clients with professional photographers and are not a party to any contract between the two unless explicitly stated.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Photographers must provide accurate, up-to-date portfolio information and pricing.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmations: A booking is considered confirmed only after the photographer accepts the request and any required deposit is paid.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set by individual photographers. Please review the specific terms on the photographer's profile before booking.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Photographers retain the copyright to their images unless a separate agreement is made with the client. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial use license for the delivered photos as part of the standard booking agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to use the CameraLink.in Dispute Module for mediation. CameraLink.in administrators will review the dispute and provide a resolution based on the evidence provided and these terms.
